BL5 Volunteer Application

Thanks so much for your interest in joining the Body Language team! We couldn't do this without you.

All applications will receive a response by July 3rd, 2026. Applicants can expect an approximate 6-hour commitment in exchange for free entry to the festival all weekend.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Shuttle Driver

Assist with transporting attendees from parking to the festival site. Valid drivers license required.

• Wellness Team

Support a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for festival attendees by offering peer support and helping connect individuals with appropriate resources when needed. Experience practicing harm reduction and coordinating care with first aid team and security.

• Registration

Help welcome attendees and support festival check-in operations by scanning tickets and distributing wristbands, answering questions, and assisting with entry flow.

• Clean Up

Support waste collection, recycling and compost sorting, and general site upkeep.

• Maintenance

Assist with site upkeep, basic repairs, and general operational support throughout the event.
